What we collect through this site, why, who receives it, and how to change or delete it.
Who we are
This is the website of Smart Gov Supply LLC, a private company in Anaheim, California. Smart Gov Bid is our supplier program. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean Smart Gov Supply LLC.
What we collect
When you fill in the form on this site, we collect what you type:
- your company name and website;
- your name, title, work email and phone number;
- your state;
- the product lines and brands you carry, how you describe your company, and whether you bid government work yourself;
- anything else you choose to tell us.
With each form submission we also receive the page it was sent from, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and technical details our hosting provider records, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the submission.
Why we collect it
We use it to contact you about the Smart Gov Bid supplier program, to decide whether a government bid fits what you carry, to check a company before its first order, and to keep our business records.
Who receives it
Your information goes to the service providers that run this site and our business: our web host, which hosts the site and processes the form (Netlify), our customer relationship management system, and our email provider. They handle it for us, not for their own purposes.
We do not sell or share personal information. We disclose it to others only where the law or a government contract requires it.
Business information
Pricing and other business information you give us as a supplier is covered by the confidentiality terms of the supplier agreement, not by this notice.
Calls, email and texts
If you tick the box on the form, we may call and email you about the program. We do not send text messages to people who sign up through this form. To stop hearing from us, reply to any email or tell us by phone.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the program and our business records, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email joey@smartgovsupply.com or call 562-265-3813, and we'll confirm when it's done. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics, and no third party tracks you across other sites through it. Because we don't track you across sites, nothing changes when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards for the information we hold, including encrypted connections to this site and access limited to the people who need it.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
