This is the website of Smart Gov Supply LLC, a private company in Anaheim, California. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency. Smart Gov Supply bids in its own name. Suppliers sell to Smart Gov.
What this site is
This site describes the Smart Gov Bid supplier program. Smart Gov Supply bids for government contracts in its own name. If we win, we buy from suppliers. Sending the form on this site does not make you a party to any government contract, and does not entitle you to any invitation, order, volume or payment schedule. Supply terms come only from a signed supplier agreement and our purchase orders.
The program is free
Smart Gov Supply never charges suppliers any fee for joining, for invitations or for orders.
Independent businesses
Smart Gov Supply and each supplier are independent businesses. Nothing on this site, in the program or in any purchase order makes us one business, or makes either of us the agent, employee or representative of the other. Neither of us may present itself as acting for the other.
Your prices are your own
You set your own prices to everyone. Nothing here restricts whom you sell to, at what price, or whether you bid on your own.
Information you send
By sending the form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you may send it for your company. Please don't send us other companies' pricing, or any controlled or export-controlled information.
Using the site
Don't scrape, copy at scale, or try to disrupt or break into this site.
No promises about bids
This site and its information are provided as is. Examples on this site, including the sample bid email, are illustrations. We make no statement about earnings, and no promise that any bid will be issued, won or paid on any particular schedule.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Smart Gov Supply is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website. This section covers use of the website only. It does not change any supplier agreement.

Law and courts
California law governs these terms. Any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts in Orange County, California.
